Corallo graces his chocolate with raisins - but not just any raisins. These have been infused with Corallo's own cacao liquor, which he distills from the pulp of his cacao pods. The raisins absorb the liquor, adding a strong, spicy alcohol flavor to the classic Corallo chocolate. This chunky bar is true chocolate decadence.
